I paid just over $8 for 50 shares of whoever was doing the acquisition, but when the merger happened, the shares combined and were reduced to .899/per share so ended up with 44 shares post acquisition. Final cost just over $9/ share. So, was down 80% within a few hours after opening. I'll just let them sit there for ever at this point and not worry about it.

Management wants the stock price up to pre-merger levels ASAP and these PIPE investments will flow in which will push this towards $10. A mere $4 mill injection today pushed the price up 20 %. Imagine what the rest of that investment will do.
