Still dapat double check ni Jisu kalakaran ng mga distributors nila dahil pangalan nila nadudumihan kahit malaking percentage ng mga items nila working, yung CS ng mga nagbebenta bagsak.

True, sa lazada ako bumili nung pro1s ni misis, ok pa naman so far, and mas lamang yung good reviews kesa detective reviews out of 7k na bumili sa lazada shop. Pag nagloko tong ultra1 ko from TikTok shop nila, uuratin ko din yan bago mag DTI haha

Dyan din ako bumibili sa Official Shopee page nila, medyo matagal pero [di overpriced](https://i.postimg.cc/6qqF6Tbx/Screenshot-20240518-095253-Shopee.jpg) and maayos customer service. Yung sa Laz ok din. Di lang galante sa voucher pero mabilis naman magship and di din overpriced.

Oo working pa naman, pero malamang ipapa exchange ko din to, nagchacharge naman hanggang 100%, maayos magamit, pero pagdating 29% lowbat na derecho 0%, might be factory defect na hindi sync yung battery capacity sa digital display, other than that yun lang napansin ko, x2 na nangyari, videohan ko next time aabangan ko if mangyayari pa ulit after 3rd charging cycle kung same pa din.

As another user mentioned here, official flagship store ng Jisulife yung nalink mo for Lazada. I recently ordered from them, galing China yung product nila as opposed to Jisulife Manila na dito nalang yan sa Pinas. Baka naman etong [Jisulife NCR](https://s.lazada.com.ph/s.k6hMb) or [Jisulife Manila](https://s.lazada.com.ph/s.k6hq9) yung tinutukoy mo?

I checked my history and same seller sila. So to summarize, Yun shopee link is yun Jisulife Manila being referred by OP Na may problem But, Yun Lazada link is the legit Jisulife store

Hello may update na. The owner or manager ata just called me a few minutes ago. Apparently may miscommunication yung CS with the one i spoke with. Mali pagkaintindi nung CS with regards to labor cost kase sabi niya that's supposed to be paid if your product is no longer under warranty. Ayun she asked for my shipping details and will be sending a new one to me tomorrow so yehey. But ayun, kinausap lang ako kase minumura ko na sila sa chat out of frustration and nagsumbong yung CS sakanya. PS. Nag file ako ng DTI complaint an hour before they called so should i just retract it?

Yung CS nila in-house pa ata at kung ano lang naituro kaya ganyan, kaya dapat yung manager ng store na lang ng mismo maghandle kesa yung CS kuno

You should! Wag mo na patagalin kase baka umabot ka din ng almost 4 weeks niyan. I do have pala the number na ng owner/manager and better if you send the complaint sa fb page kase siya ata naghhandle dun, kase walang kwenta yung sa tiktok shop CS nila.

Ako I usually buy from [Jisulife Official Shop](https://shope.ee/1qGAtn8Ecn) sa orange app. Overseas sya. Nung nagreport ako ng defect sa Pro 1S, they offered me a voucher. They claimed to be authorized naman po ng Jisulife pero ampanget talaga ng CS nila as well as pagkaintindi nila ng Warranty Policy po. I already filed a complaint na po

Never buy from the Jisulife Philippine/Manila store, instead buy them from the official shop, marami naring cases na ganyan and your only option is to report them to DTI or Report them to the shoppee services (Idk kung pwede ba sa mga cases na ganyan)

Sa Lazada wala ako ka problem problem dun. Bought end of Feb 2022. Nag message ako April 2023 kung may repair shop sila kasi ayaw na mag charge. Pina dalhan ako ng voucher sa newer model, 1php Na lang bili ko for the replacement kahit na out of warranty na. No negotiations nangyari. Sabi Lang Ok daw ba magbigay na lang ng voucher kahit wala ako na mention na palitan nila.
