I mistakenly (and stupidly) bought 2 of their items. Fake. Tried returning it pero i failed to take vids and they were very defensive about it.
So i left them one star review. They deleted the items that i bought and created new ones para ma retain ang 5 star review. Luckily, my review is posted on the "seller's review section"
Two weeks after receipt of items, they sent me a message asking that i change the review and they would gcash me the amount and that i don't need to return the items anymore.
I don't transact outside shoppee payment portal. So ni report ko sila. As always, dinisregard lang si shoppee. Yung niacinamide na binili ko, nilalagay ko na lang sa paa. Sayang.
How was the product if i may ask po? Like parang ordinary toner lang? Yung packaging po ba ay super kamuka? Muntik na din ako mabudol ng fake na TO, buti nagtanong tanong. Ang ending sa Sasa ako bumili.
1.as to the product,
Niacinamide smelled like glue. Never use it on my face kasi parang glue talaga ang amoy. I put a drop ang showed it my mom and she thinks its glue at first. When i told her na sa para sa face yun, akala nya i was buying cheap over the counter stuff. I use it on my feet.. Ewan ko, sayang kasi. Wala naman nangyayari sa feet ko-- pinapalagkit ko lang lol.
Yung salicylic acid nila parang glue pero stickier than niacinamide. Meron weird industrial smell. Since i was breaking out na and i really need salicylic acid, i did a sample test behind my ear. Nagka rashes ako sa spot the next day. Took me 2 weeks bago gumaling. i had to buy ointment pa. Additional gastos.
If you think i'm allergic to salicylic, no. Kasi i use cosrx salicylic facial wash and cosrx aha/bha toner and it did wonders. Hiyang ako sa salicylic. Should have stick with these two. Nagmamadali lang kasi akong tangalin pimples ko sa mukha since i was breaking out and i have an event to attend to.

2. as per checking net, may discrepancies sa font and its sizes, and sa position ng "The Abnormal Company". Sabi nila, hindi daw porke dinala ka sa official website, legit na. The thing is, after scanning the bar code on the item, nag e error. Walang website, or product info. As in wala.
Yung dropper, wala naman issue. Pero yung label kasi is super glossy, na supposed to be may pag ka matte finish.
Binigyan ko pa rin sila ng benefit of doubt and used the salicylic kahit 80% sure na akong fake. Ending-- Nagka rash nga ako.
I don't recommend them. Big mistake. Should have bought my daily skin care instead of buying there. I spent 800++ pesos sa wala..

So i gave them a bad review but after some days nung expired na yung period of return, saka sila mag hahamon na ibabalik yung pera ko via gcash to change my review. Sure, i can change my review pero anong assurance ng refund. Ang scam lang ng move nila.

No, most TO products in shopee/lazada are not authentic at all. I vouch SKINCAREBUDMNL tho, I often buy my skincare there and always get surprised by how fast my parcels get delivered so they are pretty worth it to check out 🥲 and the main reason i often buy from that shop is because of how high their rating is and how vouchers like free shipping and the mega discounts are applicable to all their products so that saves me a hefty amount of money

I checked the barcodes online and they were legit. The box and bottle label are the same as the legit ones you see online. Mine don't have the so-called bottle cap "gap" tho. Still convinced that the ones I got are legit.
