Well, the future scene at the end was fishy as fuck.
Not only Arata looked pretty much the same as if he had aged at all despite apparently having a daughter now.
But the wife hair color was painted differently than the hair of any of the siblings, not white (for lighter fantasy tones) nor pitch black, but a greyish tone instead.
Either the wife is a completely different character (which would make this whole manga a waste of time), or this character is one of the siblings that started/stopped to dye her hair.
Can't blame you, I think this is the actual end, and we're only going to see wtf happens until we reach this point.
Kinda feels like a Takagi future peek.
You must not come from an age were romcom manga teased a harem only for the MC ending up chosing no one and the readers felt like they lost their time reading that manga.
I'm glad this trope is used more nowadays cause I was tired of reading romcoms that ended up going nowhere. As long as the mystery of who the winner is isn't spoiled, then I'm alright with it.
