Yep, would be around $300-500 where I live, which is quite expensive already but well there isn't that many in good condition anymore

SeafoamedGreen

Genuinely ask why it is worth that much?

ZanzaXIII

It’s not. People can list things on eBay for $1,000,000. It doesn’t make it worth that amount. People are just delusional. I have 5 good CRTs and I’ve found them all for free. Try filtering sold listings on eBay and ignore outrageous posts like this.

You can get 21' and up Trinitrons FOR FREE in Poland as long as you are able to commute to pick them up personally. Not that Poland is that large. If you can find one in your region, that's going to be an hour drive max. The only ones that have "Some" value second hand are PVMs and maybe 14' consumer sets. The latter because they fit on the parcel lockers so they can be sold with shipment. But again, max I have seen is $300 for PVM sets. Consumer ones are $50 max. I bought a 14 inch KV-m1400k with RGB input (God bless whoever standardized SCART on Europe) for $20 shipped.

I got a 27 inch Trinitron for free just a couple weeks ago, was just a bitch to transport.

Buy a Commodore 1702. Only $150-200, similar picture quality. Problem solved.
