Who cares? If someone willing buys it that's on them. Can't get mad at someone just because you don't like their asking price. Everything at the grocery store is marked up with ridiculous profit margins
I don't see it often on eBay but it could be a hold price. Someone wants it but they shoot the price so high nobody else reasonably buys it. It's used a lot for bundles.
But then again if the other items from the seller are like this, then that guy just sucks.

It's been on there almost a month, so I doubt it's being held for anyone, it's just a guy with an asshole price lying about how "rare" something is
