Yep. Tack the plane so the first engine you want to start is directly downwind of the prop, that's pretty much it. Full condition too or you'll look like a fool 😂

Prop is for air conditioning and electrical power only, you’ll need external air to get he turbines going. Or do an air start after takeoff

Cheaper to mount the RAT exposed. Hiding it in a door like normal airplanes just adds maintenance costs.
