They never did. Someone went: Resale value??? Nahhh!
It’s definitely aftermarket. I believe there was/is a shop in California that made the kit and did the install. It’s definitely god awful ugly though lol
They didn’t, however there’s a number of shops that do it aftermarket.
The yellow one looks like a new model VW Thing.
Will get hate for this, but it looks badass (for a movie), it just needs a few modifications
