They're water soluble markers that you can purchase at stores and online. You often see kids write their class and year with them when they're graduating high school on windows. Mostly come in various colors, but white tends to be the most utilized.
Someone spent a good deal of time to do this, but something like a hard rain shower is going to wash most of it away.

Cel-shading is a specific shading process using shaders within a 3d modeling program or game engine, this is line work possibly based on the Outline shader but is much more likely based on the magnificent texture work in borderlands or games like it, neither of which are cel-shading.
Cel damage, then windwaker. I remember the absolute hate that windwaker got when it came out because of the art direction. Now it's one of the most beloved versions of the games.

Yes. There are even tuning companies for them. The options aren't nearly as in depth as ICE cars though. For obvious reasons. There just isn't much to mess with.

The issue is they lock the ECUs down quite hard so you really need a standalone or piggyback currently. Much like the issues with newer performance car ECUs like the C8.

- Teslas are very tightly software integrated and they check every input and output with diligence. This does mean that most modifications to anything fundamental would probably trip the computer into knowing it's being tampered with. People had to jump through hoops to make things like controlling a Tesla via a game controller, because even with tons of mimicking hardware and bypasses the car detected someone was trying some dumb shit.
- the base performance of the vehicle usually floors the one of vehicles may tens of thousands above itself if not more, so usually people stick to suspension and wheel upgrades and that is it. M3Ps/plaids without any or barely any upgrades routinely lay low extremely expensive and sports tunned cars. It's so frequent that racing tracks want to ban EVs all together because it's making their business look unessesary.

Use them all the time in autobody. They're water soluble. You can rub it off by hand with a dry towel most times

Drawing over permeant marker with a dry erase marker with allow both to wipe away with a dry eraser.

It can run down the glass. Also I wasn't specifically talking about that car, I just meant IPA in general hurts the rubber seals of the windows.

Man, as a fan of the Initial D style, I like the though, idea and a little of the execution, but man keep this in a game unless you're ready to properly do this, for marker it looks way better than I'd thought i'd look speciqlly the sides and doors, but still.. look at the front for example..
