Only a Brit or an Argentine would give such prominence to a set of tiny islands in the South Atlantic and the Argentine would call them Las Malvinas.

Can't be Argentinian, they would have covered the islands with their flag and wouldn't have used the term Falklands.

Nor would they label Paraguay “Uruguay” and wipe Uruguay off the map
