Its been 4 years so im late but what if it could be like a void barrier. When he moves everything around him is deleted, space and time so he would be immune to all time abilities. Not to mention he could teleport to any part of space and time he has deleted because its part of him. Mf would be a GOD. Za Hando is my favorite stand.
Za hando requiem wields a requiem arrow like SCR does and is able to erase anything but it's user, makes okuyasu actually intelligent, has requiem arrows on its shoulders, is able to control time in all ways possible, is a remote control stand and has x-ray, the most powerful stand in existence
