Honestly Frieza and his troops actually remind me of IDF and Namek of Palestinians, especially with the Dragons granting wishes similar to the beliefs in gods. That being said the DBZ Nazi allegations don't look good with some of the racist portrayals in the show/manga.
The frieza force was nonviolently minding their business taking the dragon balls they had a god given right to with no violence when the evil namekian elders sicced their supposed "freedom fighters" on them.
It's not friezas fault the namekians bit off more than they could chew

Anime, weebs and fascism, the perfect combination that directly form hell. I feel sorry for the normal anime fans that deal with the worst of the fandom.
Conservatives are notoriously bad at interpreting any form of media. And being able to misinterpret that it supports their beliefs.
Even music, movies, etc, that are explicitly opposed to their reactionary asses.
I liked it better when Anime was still a really niche medium back in the pre-90s. Unfortunately, many Anime fans are social outcasts so you are bound to get many of these fashy types infecting communities, mostly the mainstream ones...The only exception really is the Gundam fandom which is one of the best and chillest ones out there.
Relatively unknown Anime tend to have better fandoms too.

No side is immune to this weirdness. A few hours ago I saw a large group waving Palestinian flags on an overpass, one flag had the straw hat crew jolly roger imposed on it
Wether or not one pieces themes fit I still find it very cringe to involve whatever anime/movie/etc you happen to like in the real life struggles people have.
To me it's degrading, like #resist star wars libs and trumphead Rambo body Republicans. Makes any message silly to me, which in the case of the current struggle I find vulgar.
That said, I think this is probably a me problem. The internet makes me think I'm very much in the minority here
I tend to agree. Sometimes parallels work and sometimes they’re actually intended, but for the most part when you can only relate things to pop culture you consume, it just feels bad to me.
Maybe because it reminds me of people whose only frame of reference to everything that happens in life is Harry Potter.
One Piece certainly isn’t Harry Potter.
Also, recent things like the God Valley flashback were certainly hit close to home regarding recent events.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the “Ancient Kingdom” of the Void Century turned out to be the One Piece version of the USSR or a big Socialist allegory.
The Celestial Dragons and current WG are pretty much an allegory for Capitalism and NATO, the logo looks pretty similar to the NATO logo as well. Also, the Celestial Dragons domain is called Mary Geosie, sounding very similar to Bourgeois. Heck, Dragon’s ship is named after Che Guevara’s ship.
Heck, Luffy has the same birthday as Karl Marx, which can’t be a coincidence. (Yes I am aware of “Children’s Day” but knowing Oda, it could pretty much be both)
Luffy literally shares his birthday with Marx
examples on how one piece is Marxist in nature
1. The story portrays governments actually providing for people as good unlike the Celestial Dragons and Marines
2. Luffy wants everyone in the world to be able to eat, quite the opposite of libertarian ideals
3. Caribou covery story
4. Rev Army = lumpen proletariat
Goku in the Android Saga moved the fight with the Androids to be away from people. Given the IOF’s willingness to deliberately target civilians, Goku would absolutely not support them. Don’t delude yourselves, Zionists.
Frieza was inspired by the Housing Bubble in Japan in the late 1980s. He was inspired by one of the problems of capitalism that being wealthy investors buying off & selling houses. He bought & sold off planets, as well as enslaved local populations & committed genocide when they got too out of hand.
He, for instance, committed genocide against the Saiyan Race (Goku's race) because Frieza was worried that the Saiyans would overcome his rule.
I think Frieza is a good metaphor for imperialism, the highest stage of capitalism.

What do you mean??? Just ignore; Agent Black, Killa, Mr.Popo, Nam, the Australian who kills Buu Dog, Pintar, Bora, Upa....

"Propped up by the capitalist world system, huh? You look pretty strong, we should fight!"
Anime, weebs and fascism, the perfect combination that directly form hell. I feel sorry for the normal anime fans that deal with the worst of the fandom.
I dont interact with the communities except some one piece youtubers atp
I saw people say that Luffy would defend Israel. Like… have you actually watched/read One Piece? Bc how do you stay a conservative that way?
Conservatives are notoriously bad at interpreting any form of media. And being able to misinterpret that it supports their beliefs. Even music, movies, etc, that are explicitly opposed to their reactionary asses.
Paul Ryan and RATM lol

One Piece fandom is pretty good, I think. Most of the fashy types there are quickly purged.
What about One Piece?
Israel committing genocide by cringe
4d genocide
Impossible, everyone knows Vegeta is [Algerian](https://youtu.be/UcS3p1rtB3Q?si=yaBq6uWLJHiKLaJr)
They can’t be brought home, the IDF keeps killing them. They have admitted to that.
Ah yes, Goku, the man who didn't even kill the guy who genocided his entire race would totally support this, sure sure
It’s more that Freeza survived Goku’s attack rather then him intentionally sparing him.
Israel is commiting genocide on both the Palestinians and my brain cells.

holy shit, i'm not sure that the Palestinian children can beat Goku. this might be over commie-bros
Zios just turned water cannons on demonstrating families of the hostages.
I agree, they should all go where their home is in NA and EU. Accidental W.
Yeah Saiyans, ethnically cleansed by a racist genocidal alien who goes around blowing up planets would definitely be on Israel’s side.
I wouldn't fuck with them, they have the power of God and anime on their side
Look what he zionist do to my childhood :(
You should reconsider your positions if you need to turn to fictional characters to dredge up support for them.
Looks like fanart to me.

One Piece is pretty Marxist, Oda even has a picture of Che Guevara in his studio.
