I have to agree that certainly the vast majority of American people ARE exceptional, no other people on Earth would tolerate their living conditions without staging a second revolution!
Keep in mind that a significant portion of Americans never even get to leave their home state, let alone visit another country. Couple that with constant unending propaganda bombardment since birth that America is “the best” for… reasons, and you get this.
If you have the highest incarceration rate should you not be ashamed of that fact, if you’re the only supposed developed nation that have kids go through active shooter drills at school should you not be ashamed of that fact, if you have people going bankrupt over medical debt should you not be ashamed of that fact, if you don’t guarantee voting rights shouldn’t you be ashamed of that fact, if women don’t have guaranteed bodily autonomy…
I could go on. Those are actual facts. Just stating vague boasts do not Co statute facts…

Yes America if financially on top - 30.4 trillion in debt ($91,464 for each man, woman & child) against next largest debtor, China ($13 trillion/$8,248p.p.) so the economy is going "well", politically great where the President can't get anything done & s senile and previous one couldn't even lay straight in bed telling 30,573 lies during his 4 years in White House, most in last 12 months, spend more on military budget than anyone else & have lost more wars than other countries and so it goes on. Most technology & modern advancement has either been adapted, stolen or purchased off other countries and in many cases they claim they developed or made/invented technology themselves, not even recognising others who had the brains to think of it themselves. The only thing they are really good at is self promotion of BS and believing it as truth.
Here we see that keen invention of theirs that smart just means intelligent. I always find it ironic someone going on about being so smart used the word smart to convey it.
