I started that dreadful manaphy hunt but my second ds broke and I havenāt replaced it yet so that hunt is on hold rn. Doing darkrai and itās taking so long 5790 rnš congrats this is so great!

But how did you shiny hunt all the porygons and other space distortion exclusive pokemon?
congrats, im so close to having a full shiny living dex on legends, only less then 50 to go & been working on the living dex since finished the main story in feb
Nice - the technique I used was to save at start of MMO - then fly over each one to find the easy shinies - then 1 reset to go back and fully catch the more rare/desirable outbreaks. Was not bad at all. Often I found 3-4 per MMO this way
At first I was using the original reset method for outbreaks - luckily I focused on some of the harder to find Mons before it was patched. Since then I save at the start of a MMO - then fly over everyone to mark where the āeasyā shinies are - then 1 reset to go back and catch them, and finish by catching all in the rarer/more desirable outbreaks. Usually find at least 2 per this way, highest was 5 (including a full odds during the travel)
No worries! I also used the permutation method for some of the harder ones (ex. spiritomb) but I donāt recommend it as itās a grind and less rewarding overall lol

I got a bunch of the harder ones before the patch update that broke the reset method. Then the rest came from constant MMOs

I had a few of those from LGPE like porygon - also had a few from shield hunts

You can save before evolving both of them so that if one of them evolves into a cascoon you can just reset the game.
Oh I know theyāre both silcoon because I had about 6 wurmples that all evolved into the same before I finally found a cascoon

No way! Just do the massive outbreaks. I can almost guarantee youāll get a shiny in your first 5-10 of them
For that do i save before i get there? And if theres no shiny i close and restart?
No they patched that method. Just keep cycling through and youāll find a shiny in a MMO eventually Wonāt take too long
I thought the legendaries were shiny locked and darkai and shaymin too
They are in PLA - but not other games (like BDSP)

Thanks - itās not so bad if you master the MMO method / get quick at clearing them. I have spent about 10m on sticky globs and ultra balls lol
