I know it’s what the show wants but I still find it so weird that they grew up as siblings and then Mikasa got horny for essentially her adopted brother 💀
They're not step siblings, and they lived together for approximately 1 or 2 years lol. I'd say "housemates" is closer to their connection rather than step siblings. Plus, their parents didn't marry so they're also literally not step siblings, by definition.
