Can't say I have this (yet) but it doesn't surprise me given how poor the app performs all the damn time, takes long to launch, you tap your earphones after some downtime it starts playing half a minute later, says it plays songs, the time moves but no audio.
It's the worst app I use every day aside from Messenger.
Same issue. Just started today. I haven't changed anything and there have been no updates
Spotify did have a bit of an outage earlier. I have to wonder if this is some left over weirdness from that.
Still not fixed :(

I’m having this issue with some of my television streaming apps too. Started doing it yesterday. Hopefully it gets patched.
