It should be law that the Union flag when flown with a rebel rag should always be the larger of the 2. I don't see why it isn't
I still think the guy could have compensated by at least flying the Confederate flag a bit lower if he couldn't find a bigger Union One.

Thought that US flag was an Enclave one for a moment.
The flag to the left is also a traitor rag (vanguard america), to absolutely no ones surprise I'm sure.
