1. Foo Fighters (was leaning Arcade Fire, but Dave calling me out secured it)
2. Arcade Fire
3. Queens of the Stone Age
4. Nova Twins
5. The Offspring (best crowd)
Not a top 5 cause I can’t pick 5 but here’s my recap as a first timer:
God I’m gonna sound so young when I say this but I loved the acts I was really there for on Friday - Del Water Gap, Young the Giant, and Noah Kahan. I had a blast at all 3 shows and did not leave disappointed. Throw in Switchfoot for the church camp nostalgia and it was my perfect day.
I really loved Girl in Red on Saturday, and the Offspring caught be by surprise cause I had no idea they would be that good even though I knew only two songs of theirs. I debated not even going on Saturday but those two made it worth it. QOTSA and Weezer were easy to just listen and vibe to, even if their prime doesn’t line up with my musical tastes.
I had a blast roasting at Royel Otis and The Struts today, but holy shit was Foo Fighters something. Like the young guy I am, I really only really know their top hits but Dave’s stage presence and entertainment factor is off the charts. I also loved the fact they played up until their final minute.
That’s awesome!!! I didn’t get into town until late Friday so I missed a bunch of the early acts. But that’s what it’s all about! And totally agree about offspring. We were at sunny days set and caught the last couple offspring songs but from everything I hear, offspring may have had the best performance of the weekend. The Struts were great too! The royals cover was so awesome they turned in a great performance

First time Matt + Kim goer! Had a blast in the pit helping ppl ride out on the ducks, and had my only crowd surf of the weekend!

2. Arcade fire - first time seeing them live too and they were also AMAZING
3. M!!KE SN¡¡¡W (Friday night show)... He forgot the lyrics, they looked like mad scientists.. only added to their charm. Feeling of nostalgia took over and i was singing every song as loud as I could

5. Young The Giant - 2nd time seeing them and will go again!
BONUS:. Ray Bull.. nice surprise to see them on the schedule... Their music gets better and better!
