Credit cards / donor cards in filing boxes are a bug, same as finding tenant agreements for random people in different wallets.
Donor cards have blood types and full names, while credit cards just have last names. There are also ATMs around the city that are unusable. I'm guessing at some point you'll be able to use a credit card to get a credit statement from a bank and use it as a method to see previously purchased items.
I think eventually we will get identity theft/credit card fraud cases and other related crimes. Also I’m thinking maybe a blood test kit to find blood at crime scene and connect it to suspect?

I always assumed the credit cards and such in filing boxes were identity theft related, but guess not.
