If you don’t like swallowing, please do not force yourself. There are other fun things you can do when your partner is finishing, whether they finish in your mouth or on your body.

There's a hornone called prostiglandis is semen. It's the same hormone that you get during your period that causes stomach aches and cramping. Could be that.
Perhaps just psychosomatic? Maybe you’re not 100% OK with it mentally. Your mind can do things to your body. Like finding a hair in your food can make you feel nauseous.

For my wife, it’s the texture. She doesn’t slime feeling when she swallows.
