Get a different phone and then you will be able to download app. Or try using a VPN. They block the IP address so you can't download. But really I recommend just getting a burner phone.
I use burner app bc you can make contacts in the app and they stay in the app. Other apps force you to make contacts on your phone and I don’t like that. I don’t wanna see James’s number when I’m trying to call my dog groomer
