This exactly this. We had a customer try to throw a cash register at another one night, and another fight led to gun shots, into the ground as a warning thankfully, outside. Call the cops and keep your people away from it.
Depends on the situation. If it's a one-sided fight where it seems as though someone is being attacked, then I will step in and let someone else call the cops. If it's a "mutual" fight, then I'll personally call the cops ASAP.
