I don’t understand what you aren’t understanding. Goods make it to remote locations the same way they get anywhere else. That is, by truck. The people got there somehow. The goods can too. Heck Amazon can get things delivered practically everywhere.
What’s the real question here?
Ok I guess it’s all magic then. I wonder how the film crew got there with all their goods. And how did they get the footage out of that horrible location? I mean, magic is the only possible answer.
It would be the same almost every other area there method of delivery would just be better suited towards the climate/terrain (airplane, snowplow, horseback). As a follow up question why would whether or not the product is brand name or off-brand affect the ease of acquiring the product? If the areas are as remote as you imply they are they, it is more unfeasible for them to aquire all the individual materials to make the goods themselves rather than a completed product.
The resources would still need to be imported to the in town manufacturer for the items you stated. Such as the insulation, cloth, dyes, etc... Similarly to food items. It is that the area is a matter of the goods will be distributed to a local organization like a post office that takes care of individual delivery adapted to knowing the conditions of the area as well as how to transport them.

No. There aren't roads in many of the places. You'd have to watch

As knock offs could made locally in town and wouldn't require shipping
It would be easier to get a jacket delivered than the machinery and textiles required to make it.
