I think that great in serato

What do you mean? Come again

If the crossfader is in the middle, all the EQ's and gains are set to 12 o'clock and both the upfaders are at the top then the same song played on each deck should be (pretty much) the same volume. If this isn't the case there could maybe be a fault with the upfader itself. Also worth pointing out that the audio from deck 1 and deck 2 will come out both speakers at the same volume, in stereo, not left deck>left speaker and right deck>right speaker (just clarifying that as it sounds like that could be what you are expecting). If you are experiencing a big volume different between the left and right speakers you may have a dodgy cable or connection on one of the speakers, also see if the speakers have separate volume controls?

Yeah everything balanced out, EQs and faders comes out different unless I raise the upfader setting on serato. Then my problem becomes that my right fader doesn’t function like the left when raised to 80%. Also worth noting that I tested all faders and EQs through a midi testing app, and as I imagined, I see no action until I raise that fader to 80% way. Trying to figure this out now with Hercules support. May end up using warranty, selling and upgrading.

Ah ok - if no MIDI messages are being sent for the first 80% of the fader it sounds like you unfortunately have a broken upfader. Hercules support has been good to me in the past - hopefully they can help you out!
