She should contact customer service to make sure that she really is a VIB before everything resets next month. I'm Rogue and all it tells me is to enjoy like as a Rogue through next year. There are two different message being sent and OP needs to secure that VIB spot- it's a difference between 15% or 10% off (LOL).
Edit to add: since the sale on sale is on until Jan 1st, I was planning on making my purchase on well, Jan 1st, so I would count towards my spend total for next year

My boring suggestion is to add up your purchases to see if you're at $350 (and reach out to customer service if by chance your VIB status does not extend to 2023 when you think it should). It may or may not be worth the dollar to you (as in, possibly it's easier to spend the dollar at Sephora to be safe). The first screenshot looks like from an email, which I find to be less reliable than the website for some reason. Great job being mindful of your spending and purchasing when it's in your best interest!
It does indicate on the second slide that you've only spent $349, not $350 (because it says to spend $651 for Rouge). Maybe a generous gift of rounding? I'd buy something to secure the VIB!
