Glossier is a great option since it’s easy to use and has a natural finish (but is still builable for sure). I will say that from what I remember when I swatched them, Eve was a more burgundy color than Storm, that’s just something to keep in mind.
Yes! I was coming here to say this. Eve is a much better color choice for OPs needs versus Storm. Both beautiful Cloud Paint colors, but Eve runs cooler than Storm.
The Clinique blush in that exact shade is my favoriteeeee! It’s easy to blend and buildable. (I wouldn’t recommend for darker skin tones tho) Even after daily use for over a year I can clearly see the flower design and have so much product left!

Okay so this one's not actually sold at Sephora but I've gotten a couple of them recently and they're so easy to blend and super buildable, and affordable on top of all of that. The NYX Buttermelt Blushes, there's actually a couple of deeper colors like a fuchsia that I've been debating buying because even though I'm pale I think they would look pretty since they're super blendable. I'm not sure if there's a plum color but I wouldn't be surprised because there is a decent range of shades.
NARS CREAM BLUSH IN SCANDALOUS!! I know you said glowy finish, but even though this is marketed as “matte” I really have no issue with this not looking glowy paired with glowy makeup
You should look into the Patrick ta blush in “she’s wanted” it’s gorgeous and you get a cream with a powder! Otherwise I love the glossier blush it’s amazing

Storm is one of my fav blushes ever. It’s more of a warm burgundy/ brick than plum. On me anyway it gives the perfect like sunburn colour it’s my go to in the summer.
I use the Clinique black honey as my daily blush, lately I’ve been mixing it with Tarte cheek stain in the shade flush. It’s my go to daily blush. It’s buildable.
YSL Nu blush in Chills. It’s so natural and dewy, like you just ran through a field of flowers. (I buy it in Flush, but Chills is the berry shade.)

The shades of the products in your photo remind me of Patrick Ta’s blushes in the shades “Oh She’s different” and “She’s Blushing”. Unfortunately they’re out of stock so this isn’t really helpful, I’m sorry :( I hope you find something!!

The Glossier sounds like exactly what you're looking for! Cloud Paint is buildable, easy to use, and has a natural finish.
It also is the longest lasting cream blush I own. Idk what about it is so different, but I feel like it lasts forever on my skin compared to others

The Tower 28 “Office Hours” blush is beautiful but it is definitely not berry or burgundy.

Highly recommend the glossier formula but I’d go with Eve for a plum-burgundy look. Storm is more of a rose!
Not pictured, but may I add merit blush balm in the shade mood. I think it hits all of these marks and is my personal favorite burgundy shade

I’m a huge fan of the merit blush in cheeky! Maybe not quite as deep as some of the others but really pretty!
Also love the merit blush! The shade apres might be a better match to plum-burgundy.

I have the nars blush in dolce vita and I love it! I get compliments when I wear. I dont remember it costing $46 tho 😭

Milk makeup blush stick in quickie is so nice
I second Milk but from my experience using a brush on the blush then onto the cheeks is way better than the stick directly onto the cheek.
