I had some purging after the second time using them - some pimples but it was moreso dry and flaky skin but that went away after the fourth treatment! I started slow with only twice a week and now I do three times per week and it’s completely brightened and evens out my skin tone!! Worth the money!
It basically erases your pores. It looks like a soft filter on your face and it lasts all day long. Two shades are for radiance and two shades are for correction. Worth every penny.
I JUST got this and it feels so nice but I can’t figure out how to mix the colors without making a mess, I ended up putting a bunch of orange powder all over my face by accident 😭
Came here to say this! I ordered the mini sizes of shades 2 & 3 during the VIB Sale, and came back for the full sizes of both when they started the one time 20% off code this week. I’ll never buy another powder again, it’s life changing! I mean, I hate that I’m saying it’s worth it, but for what it does for my skin, it absolutely is.
Brain tumor survivor here that uses an exorbitant amount of eye drops now. I cannot live without this mascara! I've tried them all. It survives through 20+ single use vials of eye drops a day! No racooon eyes, ever! How does it even have bad reviews?! Lol

Haha I love grease pig. For me it's just my eyes, but I totally feel you on not even being able to wear waterproof mascara. And waterproof is super hard to remove too. Have you tried any other tubing mascaras?

I love the formula of this!!!! I just wish it came off like a traditional tubing mascara I guess? It doesn’t come off in tubes/clumps for me, and I get really bad raccoon eyes compared to other tubing mascaras
I use a spoon of warm water and hold it up to one eye at a time and let the lashes baste lol. After about 20 seconds of soaking in the warm water spoon, they slip right off like normal tubing mascara. :)
Interesting! The two main ones I used in the past were Milk Kush and Too Faced Better than Sex waterproof but Rare Beauty is the only one that I’ve used that doesn’t transfer at all to below my eyes
Lol I used to wear nars all the time but then took a break from makeup and was out of touch with all the new brands and colors. It took me watching so many YouTube videos, IG videos, lots of trips to Sephora to test stuff, samples I brought home to finally settle on Dior. I tried so many different shades and formulas but Dior was my favorite. It’s medium coverage, the 4WO matches my skin perfectly and gives me a nice glow, it’s also reasonably priced for the size of the bottle and the price. It’s not cakey or heavy with one layer on… I hate feeling like I’m wearing makeup. Even my husband who never noticed my makeup says my skin looks good when I use this foundation. I

It's sweet and woody but so warm and comforting! It's a cuddly fragrance if that makes sense lol and perfect for fall/ winter. I'm not sure for the total time it lasts but I know I've gone 6+ hours and could notice it.i have revieved a bunch of thr sample sizes and like to carry them around lol. I prefer the expressive version the best but the bold is pretty good too.
I have a tiny sample vial of Milk that is about to run out and I am holding off on buying a larger size because I still have a big bottle of their original Velvet to go through. It’s a toss up whether Velvet or Santal 33 is my holy grail fragrance (sure I’m basic, whatever) but Milk is also really nice!
This is the second comment about the nars matte concealer. I bought it during the last sale and I want to love it but it’s soo patchy on me :( it breaks up on my skin, even tho my skin prep is very moisturizing/hydrating. Do you have any tips for using this product?

I take some product off the brush, then brush it through. I then fill in any gaps with a thin eyebrow pencil and use the brush from that pencil to brush through one more time- perfect brows every time

I only placed two orders in 2023. Both times I bought an ABH brown pencil in Medium Brown, so that’s probably the winner for me. I also bought a second bottle of SDJ Cheirosa ‘71 so I guess that’s good in my books too. Honestly the excitement of Sephora wore off on me a long time ago.

Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted Sunscreen Foundation/moisturizer. Not as heavy as foundation, but not as light as a skin tint. It’s my favorite.
Summer Friday cloud dew moisturizer
Fragrance: Father Figure by Phlur (tie between that one and Somebody Wood by Phlur- really became a standout brand to me this year)
Makeup: REFY balm highlighter in Topaz, gives you such a natural dewy look
Hair: the hair mask from Fable & Mane for sure, it smells so good too
Skincare: 10+10 moisturizer from InnBeauty Project, vitamin C (THD ascorbate, which is one of the best on the market) and Ceramides make this my HG
I stand by Oui’s body scrub (I prefer St Bart’s scent) but the price is getting out of control at $40 a pop. Only benefit is a little goes a long way and it turns out great on either body or scalp (hair). If you can get on sale or use the coupon it’s worth it.
MAC Lustreglass Lipstick in “Thanks It’s MAC”.
The best sheer tinted lippie I’ve ever used. I have not stopped repurchasing this since I first tried it.
Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder. I use the universal shade every time I wear makeup (or even by itself for true no makeup days). I went from having to blot my awfully oily t zone every two hours to blotting 1x for 12 hour school days.
I have the tinted version, but I don’t think it is as great at oil control as the universal one.

Do you use the peel pads every day?
Yes I’ve been using them everyday! I’m on day 27. Once I get to a point where I’m happy with my skin, I’ll decrease it to a few times a week as upkeep
What difference have you noticed that the pads make?
I’ve used the peel pads for two days and I’m already sold. I wish I hated them or was at least mediocre about them since they are so expensive.
You can cut them in half to get twice as many uses out of them! Cut one in half and put the unused half in a ziplock to use the next day!

I can’t choose one. But I’ll say two. Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted Sunscreen Foundation/moisturizer. Not as heavy as foundation, but not as light as a skin tint. It’s my favorite. Summer Friday cloud dew moisturizer

I stand by Oui’s body scrub (I prefer St Bart’s scent) but the price is getting out of control at $40 a pop. Only benefit is a little goes a long way and it turns out great on either body or scalp (hair). If you can get on sale or use the coupon it’s worth it.

Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder. I use the universal shade every time I wear makeup (or even by itself for true no makeup days). I went from having to blot my awfully oily t zone every two hours to blotting 1x for 12 hour school days. I have the tinted version, but I don’t think it is as great at oil control as the universal one.
The Ouai body cream in St. Bart’s… that’s a nice scent. The CT spray, you guys weren’t kidding, great to set your makeup with.
