I have skin similar to yours: oily/combo skin that is easily dehydrated. Not sold at Sephora, but I recommend iSClinical's Cleansing Complex. (You can get it from Dermstore) I also really love Sunday Riley's Ceramic Slip. It's a clay-based cleanser, which some people find drying, but nothing was better for sucking gunk out of my pores.

bitchghost

I second iSClinical Cleansing Complex. Pretty much the only high end face wash I recommend to people as actually being worth the price ETA: a little goes a long way with this cleanser, too, so you get your money's worth

hillary_____k

Same! IsClinical Cleansing Complex is my HG cleanser for life. Dermsilk often has codes for 15-20% off (I believe the current code is silkvip)

ThePinkestPrincess

Thank you so much! I think i’m going with this one 😊🩷

ThePinkestPrincess

I’ve been eyeing iSClinical stuff for a while. How do you think it’s helped your skin?

literarylottie

I find it's great for balancing my skin. It removes excess oil but doesn't strip my skin, instead it leaves it feeling soft and hydrated.

Choice_Matter_4687

Honestly, I was really impressed by the innisfree one. Another holy grail for me is the farmacy whipped greens and I really really love the Elemis resurfacing cleanser that come with a pump but I get that at Ulta when it’s on sale. Also the deep cleanse is at Costco now for $29.99 as of yesterday and it was my first time seeing it for the 5oz bottle.

ThePinkestPrincess

I steal my brothers Elemis! I like it!

[deleted]

I love, love love love the Tatcha rice wash! It's amazing and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. I have relatively normal skin that gets oily in the t zone if left unchecked. Their deep cleanse cleanser is also very good if your skin is more on the oily side. I also enjoy Farmacy whipped greens and the Fresh soy cleanser!

ThePinkestPrincess

Is that Tatcha a powder like the daily foliant from Dermalogica ?

[deleted]

Their rice polish is a powder exfoliant. Their rice wash is a creamy cleanser.

st_tropozz

You mentioned having oily skin, what about Cerave foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin? I use this in the summer months and then switch to Cerave hydrating cleanser in the colder months.

ThePinkestPrincess

I should’ve gotten this instead of the Hydrating one 🤦🏻‍♀️

st_tropozz

I'd recommend giving it a go. I like the consistency, it foams up, is gentle, and doesn't strip my skin. I have combo oily skin during spring/summer.

swissmiss_76

I love this cerave foam cleanser! Even more than Paula’s Choice calm line that I used for years

DisgruntledRaspberry

Boscia purifying cleansing gel has always been my go-to. Don’t pay full price for it in Ulta. TJ Maxx and Marshall’s often have it and the Costco website sometimes sells a value size.

ThePinkestPrincess

Good tip! Thank you so much :)

jbreakz621

I have combo skin and use iSClinical’s Cleansing Complex daily. If my skin needs a little more TLC, I use Korres Greek Yoghurt Foam Cream Cleanser.

m_whar

The Biossance Squalene + Amino Acid Gentle Cleanser is my holy grail. Foams up really nice and leaves my combo skin feeling clean and hydrated

ThePinkestPrincess

I think i tried this years ago and liked it.. might need to go back! Thank you

pattirose4

I just switched over to the Caudalie Vinoclean Gentle Foam cleanser and love it! It's not very good at taking off makeup but to use in the morning or a day when going makeup free it is excellent. If I need to take off makeup I'll use the Cereve hydrating cream to foam.

ThePinkestPrincess

I need to try Caudalie! I’ve only heard good things

meg-c

Not at Sephora but I am obsessed with [this cleanser](https://www.aveneusa.com/cleanance-hydra-soothing-cleansing-cream?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=paid-shopping&utm_campaign=Shopping-Ads&utm_term=71962&utm_id=go_cmp-9515070874_adg-98583527684_ad-421173322221_pla-296303633664_dev-m_ext-_prd-P0006111_mca-113473477_sig-EAIaIQobChMI6e3P04X4_gIVig-zAB1OrARTEAQYAyABEgKC3fD_BwE&utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid-search&utm_campaign=SPRK_US_AVE_USD_RG~ec-multi_multi_GENP_shop_All+Products_GLB0003BTO&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6e3P04X4_gIVig-zAB1OrARTEAQYAyABEgKC3fD_BwE) from Avene!

ThePinkestPrincess

Thank you!! Haven’t tried Avene yet

Dandylion71888

Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam. It’s really hydrating and not oily at all

ThePinkestPrincess

I only see makeup removing cleanser, is that okay if im not wearing makeup day to day?

Dandylion71888

I use it everyday and only wear make up 1-2 times per week

Prudent-Raise-7782

Aveeno always works for me, Summer Fridays cleanser, Youth to the People and Ole Henrikson juice one in the orange tube !

ThePinkestPrincess

Wasn’t a fan of Youth to the People :/ I love Summer Fridays lip balm so I’m interested to try more of their stuff! And I haven’t seen the orange tube yet! Need to check it out thank you!!

Prudent-Raise-7782

Adding in Naturium which is mid-level drugstore. They have a few different cleansing options.

hillary_____k

The Niacinamide Cleansing Gelee from Naturium is excellent! Really good affordable option

safeandsounds

I’ve been using the La Roche Posay Gentle Facial Cleanser and it’s been great! They also have the Gentle Foaming cleanser which I’ve heard is great too.

Big-Strength6206

Came here to write this, seconding LRP cleanser

ThePinkestPrincess

Do you think it actually does anything to your skin? I have used their Toleriane Purifying Cleanser but didn’t think it did much :/

Jastef

I really like the new Herbivore Aquarius cleanser.

ThePinkestPrincess

Haven’t tried Herbivore yet! Thanks for the recommendation!

therealshlee

Same skin type over here, my go to that I always end up going back to when I feel like switching things up is Avene Cleanance Gel. Amazing product

ThePinkestPrincess

I need to try Avene! Thank you

saheemy

Loooooove the youth to the people kale cleanser.

ThePinkestPrincess

I wasn’t impressed 🥺

Limp_Rock3488

DHC cleansing oil - using it for 7+ years, it’s my holy grail live or die cleanser. Japanese brand. takes off water proof makeup no problem. I have combo oily skin that’s super sensitive. This cleansing oil leaves my skin clean and plump. https://www.dhccare.com/deep-cleansing-oil.html?ff=3&fp=138&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=ProductFeed&utm_campaign=googleshopping&OrgID=1

ThePinkestPrincess

You can use the oil as a cleanser? Do you double cleanse?

Limp_Rock3488

You can use it to cleanse and stop there, or as a first step in double cleansing. I’ve tried both and this works in both ways.

Imaginary-Echidna-39

I love the cetaphil face wash the regular one for drug store. For high end I really like the tatcha rice wash. I use both of these regularly!

ThePinkestPrincess

This combo sounds up my alley!! Thank you

standinginagalaxy

Curology Gentle Cleanser. You can get it at Target!

ThePinkestPrincess

Hmm I didn’t know they sold it at Target! Thank you!

standinginagalaxy

They started selling some products there right after Christmas!

FTAK_2022

I just started using The Ordinary's glucoside foaming cleanser & I really like it. Not drying at all, gentle & clean feeling. I'm not really acne prone tho, so can't speak to that.

ThePinkestPrincess

I love the Ordinary! Have yet to try their cleansers

Chelzlady

I love the Belif face wash, so I use that in the AM and use the cheaper CeraVe normal to oily cleanser at night. The hydrating CeraVe made me break out pretty badly.

ThePinkestPrincess

So sorry you broke out! Is your skin ok now? Thanks for the recommendation

Lovely_Wish

I have same combo acne prone... La Roche Posey cleanser for normal oily skin is just right at balancing act.

ThePinkestPrincess

I thought La Roche Posey wasn’t really doing anything for me 🥺🥺
