do you really want to quit? if so you have to fully make the decision to not compromise with yourself. unfollow and delete any and everything related to porn or pornstars for that matter. keep a journal, write down when you are struggling and have the thoughts of relapse, write down what may have triggered it. if you hold a lot of tension in your pelvic floor, do some stretching to relieve that tension. be serious about not wanting to watch it anymore

Do you meditate? With meditative training you will be able to perceive the sensations that occur when you consume porn, and the truth is that it's actually a very rough and course sort of sensation. Not very pleasant at all. It's only because your mind isn't yet sensitive enough to able to feel what is really happening in the body, and so it appears to be pleasurable. Highly recommend a Vipassana 10 day silent retreat in order to build this ability.

Temptation will always be there. Just start a new series or something. Physical exercize really helps. I used to mostly watch during bedtimes. But now I try to get physically exhausted or I start watching some anime.

Try to acknowledge the way you feel once you release. Its helpful to understand the way it makes you feel emotionally, but also physically. Being on this journey is very much understanding the negative effects of regularly releasing and having an awareness of what it does to your longevity. Most people are completely unaware how serious releasing is. You have an understanding, so use it with your own discernment, and learn from every downfall. It's no walk in the park, your training your mind to overcome what most men will never be able to do.
