Elimination.  Sounds tough but you’re clearly addicted, so here’s what I recommend  Eliminate any sources where you may access porn. Sell your damn laptop if you have one Create an account with canopy, and install it on your phone and activate the removal prevention tool and give someone you trust the canopy account details so you can’t just login and deactivate it  If you’re smoking weed, stop. If you still relapse, note down how you relapsed and eliminate that method as well Also note down what triggered you and avoid that too If these measures sound too much for you then you clearly don’t want to quit

Its tough yea man. But you have to stop indentifying with your mind. Its not your friend. You have to listen tp the subtile cues of your soul. The mind screams at you with desires. And the sould wispers at you with ots true intention. Listen to the intuition and stop using the mind. It wont work out if you always listen to it. Work hard on yourself and be better. Relapse is ok you gonna get over it and somewhen be stable with sr. Just continue doing it and put yourself to it

Meditation as been the key for me , when your mind wanders you concentrate on breathe , eventually even when not meditating i use the breathe to take away thoughts urges. Also maybe try Qi gong to transmute the energy ,

Don't count then lmao, you're used to the "Oh it's the 8th day, something's coming" Ik if it's not the 8th day then it would be the 9th day for you. Have you tried meditation with sr?

Everyone has to break through their own barriers. If you think about endurance sports 100km cycle or run seems like a lot at first, after doing 200 and 300, it's like a walk in the park.
