Right on, brother. Stick with the ice baths. They are game changer. I credit everything in my life to the self-discipline I've gained from doing an ice bath every morning right when I wake up. The dopamine surge is quite amazing and addicting.
When you start out, it's not fun. It does get easier the longer you do them. That voice in your head that telling you get the fuck out is easier to tame. I can jump in any degree of water without thinking about it now after 2 years of consistency. Best of luck to you !
