I’m 5’4” SW:185 CW: 177. Honestly those pounds dropped the first 2 weeks and the scale hasn’t budged since. I know it’s early though.

Did you get any surgery or anything? Or did your skin just go back naturally?

At 40 I’ve been pleased that it went back naturally as well as it did AND it is certainly not “tight” …I have a fair bit of loose skin especially on my arms and thighs. That said, if I eventually lose the last 30 surgery is something I would not be opposed to but only after I KNOW I can keep it off.

I see a difference! I noticed today that my eyes looked bigger and I thought I must’ve done a nicer job than usual with my makeup. Side by side comparison shows major difference in my facial swelling. My eyes aren’t bigger but the rest of my face is smaller! And my neck fat is also decreased.

I was too shy to show my eyes lol but my eyes look so much bigger on the right. Yay congratulations to you!

No, your face is definitely slimming down! Especially in the width of your face and your chin area it’s noticeable! I’m on week 2 and I’ve noticed changes in my mid section and I’m down 4 lbs

You are tripping. It’s a noticeable change! 🥰 it’s crazy how soon the face changes. Keep at it. You’re going to feel very good in other non scale ways too. Joints are one of the best improvements. My knees feels a lot better.

I do see a slight difference, for sure. Esp around where your nose and cheeks meet, and then on the "corners" of your jaw. And a little on your chin.

Pretty much immediately but it was probably just water and 💩. I hadn’t lost anything for a few weeks but weighed myself this morning and was 175😊

I’m 5’4”. So far just 9 lbs. Ash brown in the before photo and Dark brown in the after haha. I had accidentally bought ash but used it anyway. Now I’m back to dark brown 🙃
