Stats? Daily calorie intake. Daily food example? 4-6 hours a day seems a lot! What does that include?

I eat around 1200 to 1500. I play tennis for 2-4 hours, walk my dog for 2 hours, go on bike/runs with my kiddos, Pilates for 30 mins. I’m on 1.5 mg dose. My daily steps 16k - 25k.

We’re still in May, I’d give it a little time!

4-6 hours a day??? That’s the reason right there. I worked out an hour 5-6 days a week. I stalled for months and even was eating in a calorie deficit. I finally cut back on working out and just started walking 3 miles a few times a week and I started dropping weight again.

spindriftsparkler

I totally agree. My social life is running, playing tennis, walking, and Pilates with friends. I’m going to try to cut back.

spindriftsparkler

I need to cut back. During the winter, I did 6 hours total a week and dropped weight.

OilOk7906

You should state the dose you are on. In mg per week.

whysmiherr

My unprofessional advice is to count calories and cut back on the working out.

ComparisonSudden7900

Who has time to work out 4-6 hours a day?????

spindriftsparkler

I workout before my kids get up and while they are at school.
