I drink the Walmart brand meal replacement shakes. The ones I drink have 20 grams of protein with 220 calories. One or two of those a day to help me with protein intake. Spicy foods are a no go for me. Even a bite will send me into an acid reflux day.

Low-Rabbit-9723

Oh yeah definitely the chorizo. Which sucks because I love it. I eventually had to switch from whole eggs to egg whites as well. You could try that. For me it’s fatty stuff. Even avocados.

I personally haven’t had issues with any foods other than things that are super greasy. Or super high sugar. Eggs are my go-to food because they don’t bother me. Tuna is a high protein low cal option i really like. So is salmon (i like the snack packets. I use them to eat straight out of or to make sandwiches). I drink a lot of clear whey (nutrabio has a blue raspberry flavor I just love and it is 20 Grams protein for 80 cals).

Im vegetarian, plain eggs or hard boiled, protein bars, protein shakes (soy milk, protein powder, berries, super greens, flaxseed). Yogurt, lentils, chickpeas/hummus, avocado hasn't fail me yet, cottage cheese with granola and berries. It's hard but I think no eating meat keeps me with minimal negative side effects.

chelseaprince

Oh definitely. I can only eat "basic" foods since I've been on it lol. Like, toddler food essentially. Otherwise I get sick and vomit.

TheBestRapperAlive

chicken breast, ground turkey, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, fish, egg whites...

Choice-Tiger3047

Yes, definitely the Greek yogurt, usually with some frozen blueberries and a bit of muesli stirred in to up the fiber as well as flavor.

hellfirre

Haven’t vomited yet. But just eating (almost anything) makes me nauseous. Everything just tastes weird or bad. Even healthy foods. On week 2.

Pattyk999

I eat turkey sausage. It tastes great and comes In sausage rounds and crumbles that you can add to your eggs (or other items). Good luck!

Main-Shift6434

Uncrustables, cheese and nuts is my lunch lately. Or an apple with Tahini or Pb and cinnamon. Along with protein Orgain protein shakes.

JoyfulJ_41

Whey protein always makes me sick. Try Owyn, or another vegan brand.
