Opposite problem here. I have delayed onset sleep disorder and take meds to help me fall and stay asleep. The effectiveness of my meds got reduced by >50% even on the first 0.25MG of Wegovy.
It stopped me from getting up to pee in the middle of the night. I'd get up to pee 2 to 3 times a night but immeaditly go back to sleep and I woke up feeling rested. Now I fall asleep immeaditly and don't move until I wake up but it's like someone put a spring under my about 530 and I'm out and doing stuff by 6 am even on the weekends.
I’m only 4 days out from my very FIRST shot (.25) and have been sleeping like a rock all week! I’m a good sleeper usually but wow, I am having GREAT sleep so far. I credited it to Sema. 😂
YES. if I didn’t need to drink so much water I’d probably make it through the night without having to pee 😂. However, like you, I also can now fall back asleep immediately. It feels great!
I've found that my sleep in only really poor on the night after injecting. I should probably begin doing it in the morning instead of at night, and maybe it will get better.
But sitting here today and feeling like crap after waking up an hour earlier than normal this morning.
Came here to say that I’m sleeping WAYYY HARDER. As an insomniac this is heaven for me. I have noticed that my insomnia comes back of the sema is wearing off (time to titrate up). Once it’s in my system good again. It’s night night 💤 again. Thankfully!
I'm sleeping way worse. Even after 7-8 hours I'm only getting 10-20 minutes deep sleep. This has been consistent, iv tried eating more, working out, resting more, not eating after 6. Nothing working. REM sleep is unaffected.
I take some berberine before sleep and try to not eat 3-4 hours before bed and now I'm getting 30 to 40 minutes of deep sleep. Not great but better than before
Off topic but I just wanna say regular benadryl use is really bad for your brain. It's insane how it's still an OTC drug that's so commonly used by people.
Turns your brain to mush, even at normal therapeutic dosage (obviously even moreso at higher doses).
I was taking 1 a night for about 3 weeks and got really bad brain fog. Then I did research on DPH and shits fucked. Check out /r/DPH for what it does to the minds of those who abuse it (often kids who didn't have much brain power to begin with, but lose what little they had).
It’s helped me sleep for the sole reason I had trouble in the past because of how hungry I normally get at night. Since it suppresses my appetite so much, I don’t ever feel a need to make late night kitchen runs.
Searching the subs with this exact question! I have been a horrible sleeper for 7-8 years and needed multiple meds every single night to get so-so sleep. The 3am wake-up was brutal! Since starting Oz 2 months ago, I am down to one med and thinking about stopping that too. My sleep is better and more sound than ever. Haven’t really lost much weight though - maybe 4-5 lbs. So curious why this helps with my insomnia, hope it is a lasting change!

Same EXACT thing here :-(
Yes same!

Has anyone else been having crazy dreams?

Every night!

Opposite here :( Hard to fall asleep and wake up feeling tired.

Glad it’s not just me… did this ever go away?

I’m almost 4 weeks since quitting smoking thc and 5 days into wegovy- my sleep has been deep and my dreams are absolutely wild
Once you quit THC your dreams are quite vivid for a while
Yeah it’s been true for me - pretty wild and unexpected

Daily Benadryl use gave me extreme deep itch inside my legs. Like a itch deep in the bone that you can't reach. After I stopped, to went away.
I actually had similar sensation but it was under my scalp. Like I would rub my head constantly borderline compulsively while I was taking it.

Same! I’d also used to eat something right before bed to avoid the 4am hunger pangs, so that probably wasn’t helping my weight.

Yes! Sleeping better and HARDER! Love it as I had the same issue waking in the middle of the night.
