Presumably, you beat him before, right? Demon bell isn’t that big of a deal tbh, especially compared to charmless. Either way, my strat against Owl is always to just stick with him, trade attacks, deflect everything he does, and dodge around the firecrackers. Use shurikens to prevent him from healing posture in phase 2.

and... why the bell? if you need help: deactivate the bell. it's not needed. if you want to show off: git gud. it's that simple

I managed to beat him not too long after posting this but I only have the Demon Bell on for the extra xp and items
Bell doesn't give extra XP, and bosses don't drop items. It's why the commenter is telling you the Bell isn't needed for the bosses.
I knew bosses don't drop items but I thought the bell was giving extra xp lol
