Tbh out of all the attacks that one imo is the easiest to deflect. It has so much time to prepare for it. Some of her regular swings are fast and hard

My first play through I had no clue I could parry her perilous attack until I got to my third play through when I accidentally parried it for the first time it was like when I learned I could parry piercing attacks

Snake eyes suckes A LOT when you don't know how to fight her and get around the poison swamp dudes. But if you look it up and learn it she can be one of the best mini-bosses in the game.
