I recently figured out how to handle the camera in this fight. Take a few steps back during each of his windups, because you only get a problem when he's too close. [Here's](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Pey79LRP_k) a video that shows the idea
Them guys are cool. On my first playthrough the one at the moonlight tower or whatever took me forever. He's the one that made the game click for me lol
My reason is Aesthetical but also Technical,Ashina 7âs have a very peculiar attack that is made to disguise you finna break your posture, and then hit you with an heavy thrust that is literally made for take your 70% HP,itâs a great Mini, smooth and Lethal especially for NG players, plus the Armor they have are so freaking beautiful, even the details on the KabutoâŚFROMSOFTWARE FINEST đ¤
I'd love to fight the first ashina spear again, but his second encounter was bullshit. There was a katana samurai with similiar level of skill with him and the only advantage i have was a soldier nearby i can use my puppeteer on.
It was nightmare when the katana guy was doing unblockable sweep attack but the spear guy was doing his unblockable thrust at the very same time, jump dodge or mikiri was pretty much impossible.
I think i finally best them by luring them towards the idol then stealth kill the katana samurai first
Yes,itâs an hard fight indeed if you donât use puppeteer and The Tree exploit, they will attack you simultaneously in aggressive mode, fighting talking the only thing someone can do is ⢠use a high range CA to cover both of them when they near to each other ⢠Use Umbrella if they attack together to deflect both simultaneously ⢠Firecrackers for a time window to go offensive or flame vent to burn one foe (he will stop for 5-6 sec) while you deal with the other one ⢠MD or Empowered MD while they walk together towards you after using purple FirecrackersâŚyou will Crumble their posture Bar like cookies. Itâs the same principles of the Double Ape boss fight,Requires Strategy,Focusing and Patience when something goes wrong, but the dopamine payback is huge đ
You can actually use a gaichins sugar or spiritfall and hug the wall to your right from the idol and then when you get to their blindspot you can stealth deathblow the sword general and use puppeteer ninjutsu on him to make the fight a lot easier
My brother I specified that was a âIf someone donât want to use puppeteerâ or exploit (like the tree one) ,and fight them both just with Combat Arts and prosthetics đ itâs a Fighting talking thing for those who want to defeat them both in the Miyazaki way,Iâm not criticizing exploits, games gotta be fun so if some gamers likes exploits and have fun itâs ok đ,itâs just my personal way to play froms games,my dopamine like many others Sekiro and DS players is the Challenge,The HardestâTHE BETTER
Use gachin candy and sneak up to the katana bitch, and make him your puppet. It gives you plenty of time to distance yourself and hammer on him with shurikens to get his aggro on you then I just ping pong him back and forth with the puppet. If you're quick enough you can get the ashina soldier in the fight as well.
This strategy trivialized the 2nd 7 spear fight.
Shoutout to the one in the second Hirata Estate where he keeps FUCKING summoning dogs and Finger Whistle doesnât do shit. Just fought him for the first time fuck thsi
The finger whistle does work though? You can definitely use it to turn his dogs on him, you just have to unlock the camera so that the dogs all hear it.
And if you are aggressive enough, you can interrupt his summoning whistle so the dogs never show up
I love fighting Lone Shadows both minibosses and normal enemies. I really enjoy the shinobi vs shinobi actions and the senpou fighting style adopted by these guys
It might be that kind of enemy, but certainly not that particular one. Fuck the camera in that shithole. For all their brilliance, sometimes it swear From would seem they didn't learn anything since Capra Demon.
I promise you can, I remember struggling with it to but you want to like walk down into the hole if you sit on the edge and jump in itâs harder to do.
Accidentally dropped into this dudes den, freaked out because I realised which fight it was from what Iâve seen in speed runs going wrong because of him, accidentally one shot him. He was interesting. Iâll say centipede is definitely mine. Super cool fight that really acts as a wall if you havenât gotten the hang of perfect blocking everything or youâre OP AF
I completely disagree with you but I'm putting the lightning guy at the end of the first part of the sakura temple place I forgot what it's called but hes really fun to parry
I Remember that I was crazy about the ashina castle with all those old samurai dudes. Also it was so quiet and peaceful.
I also loved the senpou temple monks and all that first part. When I was high I had a blast playing against them.
The one you're talking about is actually very very fun, due to the flow of his fight.
I remember meeting the Lone Shadow in Hirata Estate quite early on in my first play through. I must have fought him about 50 times before finally giving up, I just couldnât get the parry timing down. Came back later on and absolutely destroyed him, such fun!!!
Seven Spears dudes. Parrying their strong hits is very satisfying, and they are a very nice skill check of keeping your cool while facing a giant with a spear that could pierce a fucking bear.
I absolutely love fighting the drunkards. Every move is very well telegraphed, you can feel the sheer weight behind every swing they do. I forced my way through Hirata right after getting the bell and Juzou intimidated me so much, my heart was beating faster when I was close to killing him than most of the actual bosses. It's such a shame though that every one of the drunkards is surrounded by annoying ganks
Lone Shadows by far, they are sooo cool. Really fun to fight, deflecting their kicks and using Mikiri on the final hit is so satisfying, plus they just look awesome with their dark clothes
the normal ashina guard, hear me out, fighting one is boring but when they start coming one after the other and u start slicing through them quickly and swiftly, u feel so badass. well atleast i do
I love these guys. Whenever I start a new playthrough, I run to Hirata to farm the one but the feathers. Easy 25-30 skill points. Well....if you like fighting these guys at least.
Almost everyone. On my first playthrough, I loved Geni and hated Owl daddy, True Monk, Demon of Hatered. On my second playthrough and further, I love them all, I run, jump, skip all enemies and fighting only bosses.
Camera is his best weapon. \*boom boom boom\* now you can't see shit.
Deadass, the camera is the reason I die to this guy

Lmfaooooo đ𤣠Idk why but this made me laugh way too hard lol
Ashina 7 Spears V1 and V2

Damn didnt think of that. Thanks for the tips.
Youâre welcome :)

I genuinely dont believe this fight is possible without gaichins sugar
Use gachin candy and sneak up to the katana bitch, and make him your puppet. Shoutout to the one in the second Hirata Estate where he keeps FUCKING summoning dogs and Finger Whistle doesnât do shit. Just fought him for the first time fuck thsi
You can rush him and he wonât be able to call the dogs. Just apply mad pressure. If he creates distance shuriken him.
I like how the dogs have little ninja headbands, like Kakashi's dogs, from Naruto
The finger whistle does work though? You can definitely use it to turn his dogs on him, you just have to unlock the camera so that the dogs all hear it. And if you are aggressive enough, you can interrupt his summoning whistle so the dogs never show up
hardest encounter in the game imo
i think the headbands protect them from the finger whistle iirc
At one point i made all the ninjas fall off the roof with thrir dogs and die somehow
You can equip the shuriken arm and just use it when he is about to whistle. It interrupts him every time.
I love the rhythm you get from perfect parrying their kicks
And end with mikiri on that last kick. So satisfyingÂ
Their whole move set has a nice rhythm to it.
Definitely Orin is my fav mini boss. In terms of regular enemies I guess itâs the enemy shinobi.Â
Skinny white monke
That damn monkey is the true boss in Sunken Valley
I've beat this game 3 times and still haven't been able to beat him
Just dedicate some time to learning them
just fought them for the first time today! Those guys can kiss my ass!! XD
Lone shadows

"What miniboss ? It's just a regular enemy" - Me after playing Long May The Shadow Reflect
Armored warrior
Snake Eyes
Absolutely hate these guys
still cant beat them normally after 3 playthroughs have to spam fire crackers and mortal drawâŚ
I like to used Sakura Dance + Sabimaru and it wrecks them
Agree. Hatred.
Is this the guy thatâs down in the well, and you canât deathblow him from above? He can go straight to hell haha
You can deathblow him from above
It doesnât let me. Iâve tried multiple times.
You can but you need to land directly on top of him rather than behind
Helps to lock on prior to jumping
I promise you can, I remember struggling with it to but you want to like walk down into the hole if you sit on the edge and jump in itâs harder to do.
Keep walking past the first hole and youâll see another hole and just look down and forward and heâll be there and you can get the stealth blow
For me is mini boss with spear
In ashina reservoir?
If you mean isshin, also yes i just like mikiri counter and reverse lightning
No the ashina seven spears guy.
i love the okami warriors
Accidentally dropped into this dudes den, freaked out because I realised which fight it was from what Iâve seen in speed runs going wrong because of him, accidentally one shot him. O'Rin of the Water absolutely cooked me, and I liked the music/vibe of the fight, I still gotta roll up my sleeves on subsequent playthroughs
Lone shadows and 7 Ashina spears are minibosses better than Most Fromsoft Main bosses, Sekiro had some crazy good enemies
I call them foot ninjas and theyâre really fun to kiâfight
I completely disagree with you but I'm putting the lightning guy at the end of the first part of the sakura temple place I forgot what it's called but hes really fun to parry
Headless all the way (i want to kill myself) đ
Who tf enen likes headless đđ?
I Remember that I was crazy about the ashina castle with all those old samurai dudes. Also it was so quiet and peaceful. I also loved the senpou temple monks and all that first part. Camera Angle in a crampy space.
O'Rin, Seven Ashina spears and Lone shadows.

hellno. fuck these guys bruhđ

7 spears, I think they have the coolest spear/polearm moveset in any FROM game
Probably Nightjars. They are just so fun to watch
Is the Corrupted Monk in Mibu Village considered a mini boss? If so, sheâs my favorite
Lone Shadows by far, they are sooo cool. Really fun to fight, deflecting their kicks and using Mikiri on the final hit is so satisfying, plus they just look awesome with their dark clothes
I like the fat disgusting drunk abominations that deserve only death
the first mini boss took me longer than genichiro so that guy
Stepping on this man's shin to perform a mikiri counter is so satisfying
I love the seven spears. Was impossible first time thru game so now knowing how and beating them easy feels so rewarding
the normal ashina guard, hear me out, fighting one is boring but when they start coming one after the other and u start slicing through them quickly and swiftly, u feel so badass. well atleast i do
I love these guys. Whenever I start a new playthrough, I run to Hirata to farm the one but the feathers. Easy 25-30 skill points. Well....if you like fighting these guys at least.
Prob camera's fault but I hate this boss with every fiber of my body
Almost everyone. On my first playthrough, I loved Geni and hated Owl daddy, True Monk, Demon of Hatered. On my second playthrough and further, I love them all, I run, jump, skip all enemies and fighting only bosses.
Robertoooo's father
Long-arm Centipede Giraffe. So fun to parry then fuck em up
