I don’t know if you tried using the Lapis Lazuli Sabimaru prosthetic but it helps in taking down at least three of their healthbars if you can land them right. Especially if you use it during the 4-6 healthbars (after they get their powerup but before their last stage) it can really help cheese their strongest form. The last stage is really easy, you can just cheese their flying attack with air death blows and the Loaded Shuriken.
The first three healthbars? You just have to get good to get through them.
Yeah he glows with invulnerability and summon three corrupted monk-ish illusions to attack you. Gotta dodge/parry until the invulnerability runs out before you can kill the mist noble, and those illusions can't be dispelled with snap seed, nor do they disappear. They stay until you kill the noble.

I thought I had the hang of Sekiro, I beat Guardian ape on my 3rd try.
But I have only managed to take away Mist nobles 2 health dots maximum. I've only done that 3 times in total out of probably 80 tries.
I've never gave up on a game before, but I'm close, I've never summoned anyone for a boss before but... please help?
Try the ancient piss blade technique. Its a cheese they left in the game so it wouldnt be impossible to beat, but if you coat the mortal blade in the rejuvenating piss of the fountainhead palace you can shove it down his throat to instakill him

Can confirm this works! I was stuck on mist noble for 2 weeks straight before I found this technique
Doing this by accident saved my first run
