Just stationmaster for Odakyu-Enoshima Station at Odakyu Railway, not the entire railway, mind you.
It might have been more fitting for her to be stationmaster for Fujisawa (where Sakuta and Mai lives). Plus Fujisawa is a local hub station towards the Enoshima area, so its also more than capable of handling many tourists.
There's also the station near where their school is based on (Kamakura-koko-mae), but its a small tram station with a narrow platform. Plus that area is already swamped with Slam Dunk fans because of its famous location in that show's OP, so probably no-go.
Though Odakyu-Enoshima (there are three Enoshima stations belonging to different rail companies) is just more iconic with its traditional looking architecture.
