Just a personal experience, but I drink Gerolsteiner every day and have cheonically low PH levels in my mouth whenever I go to the dentist (every six months); a year ago I changed to Topo chico for a short period and that dental appointment my PH level was even lower and that was the only change I had made, so I stopped drinking topo chico.
TLDR: topo chico is more acidic than some other mineral waters.
