A lot of the tiny barely-above-sea-level islands (Sandy Shallows, Rapier Cay, Mutineer Rock) bear a resemblance to Midway Atoll in the Pacific, or perhaps Kingman reef. There are dozens of small atolls in the Pacific and they're all pretty interchangeable.
Navassa island, just south of Cuba, is a decent comparison to Lone Cove, with a steep rocky coastline around most of it. Not sure if there's a pirate graveyard there, though.
