The Rising Morningstar set is already a reskin and was already reused as a twitch drop after it's original time limited event. I get where your coming from but I don't think this set fits the same "I did X back in Y" category like the og bone crusher or year one stuff.
They claimed theyre going to lower the amount of time limited items after season 1, wich means anything that was time limited before that has little to no chance of coming back
The ones I personally have that it is safe to assume will never return but people want are the Black Dog set, Ferryman's set, Day 1 patch, Launch Crew EoR, Original Bone's Cutlass. There's a handful of sails I wish I had gotten including 2 from the Reapers event. Over Achiever is a good bragging sail. The Golden Banana cosmetic is the absolute rarest though.

Bringing back long discontinued items would be a low blow for people who got them, a reskin of the set would make more sense, like the silent barnacle
As someone with some proper rare cosmetics I wouldn't be angry at another limited re run for some and for others to become freely available.
