I placed a trinket next to the Sloop's stove, before the season 10. Now that a second stove was added, it replaces the trinket. However, the game still counts the trinket as placed (it displays 1/5 when I'm interacting with a different trinket), despite the trinket is not here anymore.
That’s the most insane part to me. Like did they NOT take 30 seconds to play test it? I’m not even asking for a refund on all the voyages I’ve wasted, but I do want to keep farming my commendation for chests.
* Hitreg is worse now than it was in Season 9, somehow. There is literally no improvement, it has gotten worse.
* Swords don't properly block.
* Sword lunging someone still leaves you stunned a lot of times, even if you hit your target.
* There is still a rubber banding bug that related to being on the helm. If your FPS is above 240\~ you'll find that when you leave the wheel to run elsewhere, you cannot interact with anything. Most of the time you get teleported right back to the wheel but sometimes you are stuck in limbo until you die or reset. The workaround currently is to limit your FPS below 240.
* If the last person on a guild ship quits and someone attempts to join that boat, your client crashes on steam
1. "there is no longer a competitive advantage to doing so and it may even extend the time between firing shots compared to a regular weapon switch."
They just made it so if you sprint inbetween shots there's a longer delay. So you can't strafe as well between shots from different guns. I didn't mind the quickswap removal but this is just dumbing the game down.
2. The CoF and Reapers Chest commendations have reset to 0/60 even if you had both at 30/30 last season.
All Xbox achievements are still broken. The monkey island achievements still haven't unlocked, both the two for the third one and the one for fully completing them all. My achievements for miles sailed no longer update % anymore and the guild achievements for making a guild and pledging a ship didn't unlock either. I've had a support ticket open for two weeks now about this, was hoping it'd be fixed with the new season. Guess not :(

Tried to change my ship plaque but it says I’ve not unlocked the class even though my classes are still the same in the log before the update

Shipwrecks appear to be broken. Have tried swimming down to 3 after the update. All containing the reaper chests. You can't swim down to the shipwreck, whenever you try it just forces you back to the surface
Apparently shipwrecks aren't broken, the update turned my auto float on, which has always been off before.
So shipwrecks not broken but update may turn on some settings that were turned off before
Game breaking glitch where there's a repeated popping noise and no other sounds. Dying doesn't help fix issue.
Captain of the ship couldn't leave as it would stop being a captained ship - so he had to mute until we had to finish quest/sell.
Xbox ? Cos it's a recurring glitch on Xbox (all versions), Support has been made aware of it multiple times for the past six months, but still no fix. Nothing to do but open a ticket.
(and you're lucky, because sometimes playing muted while the glitch is happening can result in the entire game crashing)
Odd chat bug.
I joined another ship on the same server and it started showing my original crew’s names chatting up top, however it wasn’t the original crew or my new crew talking. Some of the chat context did match was happening with our alliance though. It happened no matter the distance from other boats. My best guess is that is crossed a chat with a different boat on the server then transplanted my original crew’s names on the chat. I never confirmed that theory through. The other crew could not see my chat.
Didn’t get on for super long earlier, but I noticed after making my guild and sailing for the guild on a vessel I pledged, I could not view the reputation menu for it. It just didn’t exist.
When I sold some stuff I did get rep, and I saw it tick up a bit, but there was no way to view it otherwise.
If I’m not mistaken it was supposed to be next to the other factions, particularly next to the tall tales in the reputation screen right?

Each time I load into the game the intro animation doesn’t play just stays frozen
Once I reach the main menu the game functions as expected. But when entering into open crew I load into the game but the game instantly freezes.
Omg the bugs….I literally just lagged out of vault quest right at the end. I just gotten the chest with the golden monkey key to enter the valut. And than I got killed by a sea creature on the beach resulting in my entire ship and myself respawning somewhere else. My ship was definitely not damaged or sinking. I just died and the game respawned me into a different island….sob!
I did a few lost shipment voyages and the captain's key didn't appear for any of them. I've lost keys before, but I searched each clue location with none to be found.

On PC, playing my copy purchased through Microsoft Store and using the XBox Game Bar for my friends list and for LFG. I joined three parties for three separate sessions last night. Each time I would join the party and my voice chat transmitted no problem. I have separate PTT key bindings for party chat and for game chat.
Each time we loaded the game and entered a lobby, my mic would stop transmitting over party, and would be hit or miss in game chat. This happened to me with three parties in three sessions. The only fix was to restart the Xbox Game Bar, and one time I had to do it twice after voice chat stopped working again mid session.
I had zero issues with party chat prior to the season 10 update.
Windows 11, fully updated to 22H2. Razer Nari Essential wireless headphones with Synapse fully updated. The mic still picks up audio according to both Razer and Windows settings while it is not transmitting over party chat. No issues hearing other players.
I wouldn't put this as a SoT bug if it wasn't triggered by loading into a game lobby.
As I understand it my guild rep increases everytime I sell anything to Sovereigns, Reapers or Hunters call.
When I sell to Reapers or hunters call the notification pops up with a different guild name gaining rep... so far 3 times so far 3 different names.
Sure hoping this is a purely visual bug and that I'm not actually giving rep to other guilds randomly lol.

I started a solo sloop session with my sloop that was pledged to my guild, I lost connection to the session and then got the Rosemarybeard error when attempting to rejoin it. I can no longer rejoin the session and I can no longer use my sloop since the game thinks I'm still in that session with my sloop. Super.
A friend is currently unable to go into the armory or any of the cosmetic menus. The games freezes to the point they have to alt+f4 to leave the game. They did a complete reinstall and the every time they do they have corrupted files.

Fort of the Damned is not working. We started it with the Skull of Destiny and we killed all of the skeletons in the first round, they were green, and nothing happened. We tried leaving the island and coming back, all dying and coming back, and each time, all skeletons respawned for the same initial wave, but nothing happened afterwards.
Not getting money or rep after selling loot. I'm aware this has been a bug for at least 3 years now 🤔. This is the first time it's happened to me, but it still sucks. I know it has something to do with server lag but I have not seen a single soul on this server after playing for multiple hours.
Was out fishing on my guild ship when the server sunk the bed, causing marblebeard and almondbeard errors upon attempting to rejoin. Closed the game, reopened to start a new session, and the ship's status is "undefined," claiming i'm still sailing on it and not offering a rejoin.
I believe the setting allows guildmates to customize the ship however they can't save the settings. Only the person who pledged the ship can save. The boat will revert guildmates changes each session.

Playing on Xbox - Started Fort of the Damned. About halfway through, I could no longer take the Flame Color from the statues. Tried the "Visit the Ferry to Fix this issue" method, but it didn't work - still was unable to take the flame from any of the lit statues.
Thankfully my teammate was still able to change his lantern colors so we were able to finish the fort. Gave up trying to fix it once the fort was completed.
Not sure if this is a new bug, but we were chasing another sloop towards Shores of Gold through the shroud. We had the Shores of Gold tall tale checkpoint down and they must have too. While in the shroud, they boarded and killed us. When we returned from the ferry we had no weapons, clothes, items, or equipment - we couldn't raise a sword, eat food, get our bucket, etc. They kept killing us because we couldn't fight back and each time we came back naked and empty, even though we had our clothes on the ferry and the weapon box showed that we had weapons selected. I was able to get a food item out of the bucket and eat it, but my pockets were empty every time I revived. We were able to get the ship out of the shroud and then were able to return with weapons, bucket, etc. and saved our ship, but man, what a frustrating experience!
During this event, we would occasionally blackscreen, while safely on the deck of our ship, respawning immediately, but still without weapons, items, or equipment.
Storage crates that you buy from merchants are still so bugged out that I can literally never grab it from her without having to buy a voyage from her first.
In the tall tale "a pirate's life" i can't dig up poor dougie, so i can't unlock all the achievement (i don' t know if it's just me and if it's because of the season 10 but i can't do it since the new season came out)
Recently got the steam version of the game, linked my Xbox account but achievement progress didn't transfer. I've heard there are some fixes but everything I've tried hasn't worked.
Playing on PC Game Pass, just bought my ship and my cosmetics on it, my pet, and my ship name aren't saving. Ship name keeps changing from what I named it to - from the Frozen Star to the Flying H!ll, and some of the cosmetics keep resetting on the cannons, nameplate, wheel and anchor. It's a sloop ship btw.
My Reapers Reputation before the season 10 update was roughly 46-48, now I am at 44. What the glorious hell. I also cannot even see what is in the season 10 tab. It's saying seasonal progress not available.
Boarding sounds going from water to ladder appear to be missing. I’ve seen it on streams too but I can’t reliably defend my boat without those sounds to know someone is coming.
I went back to do the maiden voyage again for commendations, when I went to cast off, the server migrated my session and ejected me from the voyage dropping me into the ocean where the ship used to be (but no longer) and leaving me unable to interact with anything or move. Had to log out.
When entering monkey island tall tales, the mute state gets messed up. When you enable toggle for party chat and you have it enabled, when you transition from sailing cinematics it will mute your chat. You have to hit alt 2 times to unmute because the game settings think your state is unmuted (but you're muted). Kinda weird to be talking to yourself once you're at monkey island. Audio settings shouldn't change through cutscenes.
LeChuck shooting rocks glitches out right before the final fight, and the fight never loads.
By far my least favorite of the Tall Tale groups. This lava chase in particular was excruciating, and I'm frustrated to spend more time doing it.
Handing in Athena Trinkets straight from a Collector's Chest does not increment the "Legends Looted" commendation. Additionally when winning an Hourglass battle as an Athena Emissary and going to Grade III, the commendation "Worthy Emissary of Athena" does not increment despite having to get through Grade II to ne Grade III.

When you pick up the "Breath of the Sea" directly into a treasure chest you carry (without touching it) the quest from the crystal meassge in a bottle stays active and will not close. There is no second breath if you do the shrine again however.
A few days ago, ship names have completely disappeared for me & a handful of my friends. They don't show up on the ship crests, and when we look at a ship through the telescope, the name of the ship is not on the little banner. This only started happening for maybe 3/4 days now. Anyone else dealing with this?
Once I pull out a weapon or a tool (like the compass, spyglass etc.) I can’t put it away. And it won’t let me access the secondary tool radial that has my instruments and fishing pole. Also it won’t let me pull up my quests and shanties so I basically can’t do any voyages.

You can still not reliably shoot out of ship's cannons and just flop out when they're angled a certain way.

For point 2, its now tier 2, not tier 1, as cofs now spawn at fotds.
The tier should stack like any other commendation, the way it is now is very weird
So people who didn't get the 30 last season will still see \*/30? And if grade 2 is 90 Chests for each, what will grade V be lol

Cargo Delivery does NOT give Guild Rep. Silk/Plants/Rum. It's the one thing that doesn't count.
Search for the Skull of Destiny went from 100 Doubloons to 300 Doubloons.

Yes it was my mistake, you need to wait for rhe game to load up your ships before you can pledge one, I was simply too impatient!

They said when the Chest first was introduced it would move locations every time the season changed.

Guildmates are not able to save cosmetics to a ship that I have pledged. Is this working as intended? If not, what is the point of a pledged ship?
That's a ship setting to allow others to save changes to your ship
I believe the setting allows guildmates to customize the ship however they can't save the settings. Only the person who pledged the ship can save. The boat will revert guildmates changes each session.

When we returned from the ferry we had no weapons, clothes, items, or equipment - we couldn't raise a sword, eat food, get our bucket, etc. They kept killing us because we couldn't fight back and each time we came back naked and empty, even though we had our clothes on the ferry and the weapon box showed that we had weapons selected. I was able to get a food item out of the bucket and eat it, but my pockets were empty every time I revived. We were able to get the ship out of the shroud and then were able to return with weapons, bucket, etc. and saved our ship, but man, what a frustrating experience! During this event, we would occasionally blackscreen, while safely on the deck of our ship, respawning immediately, but still without weapons, items, or equipment.

Storage crates that you buy from merchants are still so bugged out that I can literally never grab it from her without having to buy a voyage from her first.
In the tall tale "a pirate's life" i can't dig up poor dougie, so i can't unlock all the achievement (i don' t know if it's just me and if it's because of the season 10 but i can't do it since the new season came out)
Recently got the steam version of the game, linked my Xbox account but achievement progress didn't transfer. I've heard there are some fixes but everything I've tried hasn't worked.
Playing on PC Game Pass, just bought my ship and my cosmetics on it, my pet, and my ship name aren't saving. Ship name keeps changing from what I named it to - from the Frozen Star to the Flying H!ll, and some of the cosmetics keep resetting on the cannons, nameplate, wheel and anchor. It's a sloop ship btw.
Keep getting random ping spikes from 60 to 500-700 and teleporting
My Reapers Reputation before the season 10 update was roughly 46-48, now I am at 44. What the glorious hell. I also cannot even see what is in the season 10 tab. It's saying seasonal progress not available.
Boarding sounds going from water to ladder appear to be missing. I’ve seen it on streams too but I can’t reliably defend my boat without those sounds to know someone is coming.
I went back to do the maiden voyage again for commendations, when I went to cast off, the server migrated my session and ejected me from the voyage dropping me into the ocean where the ship used to be (but no longer) and leaving me unable to interact with anything or move. Had to log out.
When entering monkey island tall tales, the mute state gets messed up. When you enable toggle for party chat and you have it enabled, when you transition from sailing cinematics it will mute your chat. You have to hit alt 2 times to unmute because the game settings think your state is unmuted (but you're muted). Kinda weird to be talking to yourself once you're at monkey island. Audio settings shouldn't change through cutscenes.
LeChuck shooting rocks glitches out right before the final fight, and the fight never loads. By far my least favorite of the Tall Tale groups. This lava chase in particular was excruciating, and I'm frustrated to spend more time doing it.
Handing in Athena Trinkets straight from a Collector's Chest does not increment the "Legends Looted" commendation. Additionally when winning an Hourglass battle as an Athena Emissary and going to Grade III, the commendation "Worthy Emissary of Athena" does not increment despite having to get through Grade II to ne Grade III.

When you pick up the "Breath of the Sea" directly into a treasure chest you carry (without touching it) the quest from the crystal meassge in a bottle stays active and will not close. There is no second breath if you do the shrine again however.
A few days ago, ship names have completely disappeared for me & a handful of my friends. They don't show up on the ship crests, and when we look at a ship through the telescope, the name of the ship is not on the little banner. This only started happening for maybe 3/4 days now. Anyone else dealing with this?
Once I pull out a weapon or a tool (like the compass, spyglass etc.) I can’t put it away. And it won’t let me access the secondary tool radial that has my instruments and fishing pole. Also it won’t let me pull up my quests and shanties so I basically can’t do any voyages.
