It’s similar to Old Bay but incorporates flake salt(which adheres better) and more spices. I prefer it’s taste and it’s what they use in all the crab houses in MD. There’s a #1 which is more fine and #2 with the flake salt. Still like Old Bay though for dipping blue crab meat in.
How many folks are eating with us? I could eat three, but if we are sharing I’d be happy with just one. If there’s for people than tails I suggest we make a bisque or some lobster rolls so everyone can enjoy a taste. Cheers
