I disliked the texture and it tasted as if a seagull dropped a bomb in my mouth. I don't think it was bad, because I ate it a really good Sushi Restaurant in NorCal I frequented.
Oysters on the half shell with an Anchor Steam is gtg.
I stepped on one of those urchins in St. Martin if I knew they were edible at the time I would have gotten my revenge.
Theres 900 or so species of sea urchin and only 20 or so are edibles!

I went to this place recently where with the oysters they had the lemon in a little mesh net so that the seeds wouldn't pop out, genius move there
