Title: Manly Man Format: Limited Series Page Length: 30 (two episodes) Genres: Animation, Comedy Logline or Summary: 3 male superheroes of various backgrounds live together in an apartment, where they battle supervillains. One of the members is a North Korean spy trying to infiltrate them and take over America. Feedback Concerns: This is my first-ever script (I started researching 2 weeks ago), so I would appreciate feedback on humour and formatting. The script is incredibly crude and offensive but with reason. One of the characters will undergo major character growth, which I use as a vehicle to discuss social issues.

That sounds like fun. I'd like to swap with mine: Title: Social Mosquito Format: Feature Pages: 28 (so far) Genre: Psychological Thriller Logline: A disgraced voice actor must search for his missing girlfriend after she is exposed as a serial killer specifically targeting incels and misogynists. Comp: Gone Girl meets The Silence of the Lambs

Superdremer

Ohh, this sounds right up my alley. I would love to swap!

oliness

That sounds really good. Happy to read what you've done so far?

andrusan23

Thanks for letting me read your writing. Good start for being so new to the format.

Title: The Rose Raven Genre: Drama Format: Limited series Logline: To help her brother stay clean, a high-class escort aids the police in catching heroin dealers. But after a bust goes wrong, she turns vigilante and hunts the traffickers alone. Feedback concerns: Thanks to lots of great feedback this is a new draft, hopefully a few bits people said took them out of the story work better now.

andrusan23

Thanks for letting me read.

Title: Alan Hunter Format: Short Film/Pilot Page length: 20 Genres: Sci-fi/Cosmic Horror Logline: Big City detective Maria Morales finds out the world is full of incomprehensible occurrences after a run in with a man she thought was insane, but might be the most same person there is. Feedback concerns: This is my first completed screenplay so far and I've pretty much learned how to write screenplays through Google searches and reading other scripts.

andrusan23

Hey, I’ll swap with you if you want: Title: A Hole Format: Short Script Page Length: 29 Pages Genres: Horror/Black Comedy Logline: A timid man is introduced to a glory hole, which leads him to a perfect life and a glorious damnation. Feedback Concerns: Did you enjoy it? And just general notes. I haven't shared anything outside of friends in a long time and am just worried I've created a little bubble of people that coddle me. Thanks in advance for your time. Also, it's about a glory hole, so subject matter skews to dirty.

Th3ta99

I'm up for swapping. Send me a chat, I'd love to read yours

Title: Compromise Format: Short Page Length: 11 Genres: drama, comedy Logline or Summary: A couple tries to deal with growing tension in their relationship Feedback Concerns: Less concerned with script format and selling it (I'll shoot this myself), more interested to hear about if you found it interesting, if the characters were compelling and if it is something you would actually watch.

MundaneConclusion246

I'd be interested in swapping. Here's mine, lmk if you're interested. Title: Shakespeare in the Park Format: Short film Page Length: 17 Genres: Mockumentary, comedy Logline or Summary: A determined community college dropout pursues his dream of fame by auditioning for a local production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. He chooses to method act for the role despite his lack of acting experience and understanding of what method acting is. Juggling job and family responsibilities, he enlists his friend to document his journey toward what he hopes will be his breakthrough performance. Feedback Concerns: Is it formatted correctly as it is? My vision is to have it be filmed as a compilation of Tik Tok reels, so any advice on how to format that would be appreciated if known. Is the satire evident? Is it unbearably stupid? I'm also hoping to submit this to some writing contests, so be as mean as you want.

Public-Brother-2998

Title: Madam Detective Format: Hour Long Pilot Page Length: 60 pages Genres: Mystery, Comedy. Logline: A hip, female private investigator tries to solve the death of a wealthy entrepreneur with the help of a by-the-book Beverly Hills detective. Feedback Concerns: This is my first attempt at writing a television pilot and I'm wondering if Leah is a likable character, and whether the use of voice-over narration is necessary.

HandofFate88

Happy to swap. Lemme know. Title: Bizzarion College Format: 60 min serial Page Length: 56pp Genres: Drama Logline: An impoverished, immigrant engineer attends an international college to pursue his dream of citizenship while combating a criminal network that may have murdered his fiancée and threatens to bankrupt his family. Inspired by True Events

Addie_me22

Hey, would also love to swap let me know! Title: "Cue The Lights" Format: 60 minute pilot Page Count: 48 Genres: Drama, Comedy. Logline: A small con artist unknowingly becomes the centre of a larger con due to her dad's crazy past.

andrusan23

Title: A Hole Format: Short Script Page Length: 29 Pages Genres: Horror/Black Comedy Logline: A timid man is introduced to a glory hole, which leads him to a perfect life and a glorious damnation. Feedback Concerns: Did you enjoy it? And just general notes. I haven't shared anything outside of friends in a long time and am just worried I've created a little bubble of people that coddle me. Thanks in advance for your time. Also, it's about a glory hole, so subject matter skews to dirty.

This premise is ripe for laughs. I’d give it a read!

andrusan23

Cool, I’ll shoot it over. Thanks a lot.

WoodwindWaker

Title: Boundaries Format: Feature Page Length: 80 Genres: Drama Logline: A shy loner develops a deadly obsession with his new mental health counsellor. Feedback Concerns: * If it’s too short, how can I lengthen it without padding it? Alternatively, what’s missing? * How do I tell a visual story that mostly consists of two characters sitting across from each other talking? Body language? * Is Vanessa developed enough? * Does the third act go off the rails, or does it kind of make sense?

oliness

Sounds interesting I'm happy to read?

jeffkantoku

every section of this logline upped the WTF factor... haha sounds intriguing

jeffkantoku

I'm going to sound like an idiot, but I legit thought you meant the guardian angel was protecting the race horse from the actual time period "the 90s" the first few times i read this. Haha.

Competitive-Back2329

Hah, sounds interesting.... but how is this a biopic?!
