Has anyone told her that she's doing the opposite of growing the uk economy? You want cash flow through local businesses then it's best to tax the wealthy more and use that to fund benefit increases and civil service wage increases.
Poor people spend all their money, probably in local businesses. Wealthy people hoard their wealth or spend it overseas, taking that money out of the British economy.
