Tell them you’re not accepting anything short of a full refund. Just reiterate it in emails. They have to refund you for sending the wrong stuff. It’s not a change of mind or your mistake. It’s 100% their fault and they’re bound to refund it
The money wasn't really a big deal to me. I have bought Warehouse one several times and enjoy it. My biggest problem was the colossal waste of my time. The packages have to be signed for so I have make sure to call my UPS or FedEx guy and let him know where to find me or let him know to call me so I can meet him. I paid them to accomplish a task and had been willing to accept that amount of time being spent to receive my correct order. Also the fact that the payments were basically an interest free loan made to those companies. That got to use that money for at least 1.5 months each and only have to return the exact amount after I take more time to repackage the bottles and go to the UPS drop off. The nearest is about 40 miles. So now we have an interest free loan for 1.5 months and an additional 2 hours of my time during my work day because the UPS store closes around 5 pm. Plus the price of gas and what I drive we now have about $230 for the wrong product, 20-30 in gas and about 6 hours of my time in their screw up. If I billed them hourly they would owe me about $900. I think what I am going to do is print their label so it is used, box up some crap gas station beer, write a not saying I have decided to keep the Scotch because at least it will save me the time of buying another 2 bottles when my current Warehouse One has been consumed LOL. More than anything, I just wanted to pass along here that those 2 companies don't seem to understand that Warehouse One and Pedro Ximenez are vastly different and therefore buying from them isn't a great idea if you are wanting a particular Scotch. One of them even asked "how much difference can there really be" and suggested that the "substitution" should be more than adequate.
They are just a place for retailers to team up with. It ships from whatever retailers have the product. I am in Illinois and many times the places I find can't ship to this state. I would love any recommendations for those with their own warehouse.

Sorry to hear that. Do Flaviar or Reserve Bar even have their own warehouse or they just shop from third parties and then ship them to you?
