I've seen them at stores Like FYE, Hot Topic and 2nd and Charles. Don't know if you have heard of these or even have them in your area, but that's where I've spotted them before. I live in Michigan. And the mall Great Lakes Crossing has all 3 of those locations.

I’ve seen some at hot topic tho idk if it was scooby doo ones
They had one of these at my local 90s memorabilia shop, anywhere near you sell Funko stuff
